Down-Rite Boring Inc. is a family-owned horizontal directional drilling small business located in Foley, Minnesota. Since 2002, we have been traveling the state installing the following utilities underground: various sized waterlines, sewer lines, power lines, phone lines, and cable television lines. We also install conduit and duct work for all the above from 1 inch water lines up to small runs of 12 inch sewer pipe and all sizes in between.
